At Own Your Stigma, we want you to wear your advocacy with confidence. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure you are fully satisfied with your mental health awareness apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging; then, securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
